Design: SB multi-site RCT n=86 infants (Qld & WA).

Aims: Effectiveness of Indigenous peer delivered program to improve motor, cognitive, communication, growth & caregiver mental health.

New Knowledge: Novel RCT, through local Indigenous peer trainers, is a paradigm shift in culturally accessible service delivery for rural/remote communities.
