EARLY PACT: Parenting Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: RCT of a web-based intervention for parents of infants diagnosed early with CP

Chief Investigators: AI Whittingham, CI Boyd, CPA $150k, 2019-2021.

Aims: To assess whether EARLY PACT (online parenting course grounded in ACT) produces better parent-child relationship & parental adjustment than CAU in 66 parents of infants at risk of CP.

Mechanism: Environmental enrichment.

New Knowledge: If effective, can be available to parents world-wide via Telehealth.
